1. We will never give out any information linking your real name to your screen name
unless you authorize us to do so, we are required by law to do so,
or for the purpose of prize fulfillment. If served with a subpoena,
search warrant, or court order, IENT will comply and will provide
the necessary information.
2. IENT may use your personal information to target email advertisements to you
or contact you, unless you tell us not to by contacting us at jewan@ient.com.
IENT may use the information provided at registration (first and
last name; address including city, state, zip code and country; and e-mail address) or information obtained through
third parties to target advertisements to you. Targeting is used to
customize and enhance your IENT experience by providing you with
the most appropriate advertisements. We also collect credit card information along with a
billing address.
3. IENT uses the services of DoubleClick for the serving and /or targeting of ads,
promotions, and other marketing messages. To do this, DoubleClick
collects anonymous data through the use of "cookies" (see
definition below). The advertiser does not see your personally identifiable
information. DoubleClick, a reputable third party, serves the advertisements

We use DoubleClick's Audience Network and other third-party advertising companies to serve
ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information
(not including your name, address, email address or telephone number)

4. A cookie is a small data file that certain Websites write to your hard drive when

5. We will not share your email address or other personal information with advertisers
or other partners unless you choose to have your information shared.
IENT may also enhance or merge the personal information collected
at its site with data from third parties. You may opt-in to having
your information shared when you register on our site or at any time

mind and no longer want to have your information shared, let us know

6. IENT does track general usage pattern information. This information is used in aggregate form to improve
the IENT website and may be provided, in aggregate form, to advertisers
and partners. IENT may also provide advertisers and/or other partners
with aggregated information about our users that is not personally
identifiable to illustrate trends and patterns.
7. IENT logs Members’ IP addresses (the group of four numbers separated
by periods, such as 123.45.67.89, that identifies a particular host
computer) for the purposes of system administration, diagnostic, site
tracking and reporting of aggregate usage information to our advertisers.
For security reasons IENT does link IP addresses to information identifying
IENT members individually.
8. You will receive the IENT newletter and you may receive promotional email about
products that you might be interested in. You can unsubscribe from
either/both of these emails by clicking the "Unsubscribe"
link at the bottom of the emails.
9. You do not have to participate in any surveys. From time to time, IENT
may solicit your opinion to determine your preferences and dislikes
in order to provide you with a better product. These surveys are always
optional to the user and your decision not to participate in a survey
will not affect your status as a Member. Should you choose to participate,
any information you give us may be used in aggregate form for further
marketing purposes. We may also share the aggregated information with
our partners. All third parties with whom we share information have
independent privacy and data collection practices and IENT
has no responsibility or liability for their policies or actions.
10. IENT has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse
and alteration of the information under our control. The servers for
our site are stored in a physically secured and climate controlled
off-site facility. Beyond the physical protection of the servers,
we protect against data loss by regularly backing up data, performing
consistency checks with independently recorded log files to prevent
tampering, and restricting access to information on our servers via
several user authentication technologies. IENT will make every
effort to protect the quality and integrity of personally identifiable
information. However, IENT cannot ensure the security of any
information Members transmit to us. Members submit such information
at their own risk and agree to absolve IENT of any liability.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of their
screen names, passwords and/or any other account information.
11. While IENT is careful in choosing its partners and advertisers, we are only responsible for content on websites owned and operated by IENT. All third parties associated with IENT (including, but not limited to, advertisers, sponsors and other Internet sites) with whom we share information have independent privacy and data collection practices. IENT does not control this collection of information and is neither responsible nor liable for such independent policies or actions.
12. Any personal information voluntarily disclosed by Members and posted on our Web site, on message boards and/or in chat areas may be viewed and used by others. If Members post personal information that is accessible to the public online, the Member does so at his or her own risk. Members accept that they may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.
13. You may cancel your IENT membership at any time. If for any reason you no longer want to be a registered Member of IENT, please go to account maintenance where you can instantly unsubscribe.
14. We reserve the right to make changes to our Privacy Policy. Your use of the site after such changes are posted will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of such changes.
