• 11/09/06 - Event-Full Weekend Begins Here!
  
  As many of you may know the Halloween event didn't quite go as planned, however, this weekend will be chock full of Tricks and Treats for you all! The Halloween event will be occuring starting at the reset on Thursday, November 9th with the randomly timed opening of the dungeon! It will be open for about an hour and then reopen every two or three hours after that. On Saturday, November 11th the dungeon will be open all day!
  
  In addition, the GameMaster's have released a special event to take place this weekend on 11/11/06 and 11/12/06.
  
  "Strange but powerful creatures have been seen lurking around PhantomForest -- watching, waiting, for the right moment when powerful warriors, tired from glorious battles, are gathered in the city. That is when he will arrive. His name is Sirithkus, a dark and powerful wizard who was twisted by the powers he so desperately wished to master. Sirithkus, as powerful as he is, is known to enjoy bloodsport. Pitting mortals against other mortals, or even against his own deadly hellspawn, he invites the greatest warriors from all the lands to fight in his deadly battles. What if a mere mortal is victorious? Sirithkus is a powerful Dark Lord... and his rewards are great. Do you have what it takes? Keep an eye out in-game... you never know when the Dark Lord might appear. If you hear reports of savage creatures roaming the lands, fighting with the weak beasts of Phantom Forest, the Dark Lord cannot be that far off!" We hope you enjoy this event and everything it will have to offer!
  
  Speaking of events, it doesn't stop there. We have been planning a large Player vrs. Player tournament that is in the final phase before going live. There is still some time left to sign up, however we plan to close all signups by the end of next week and begin scheduling times for the battle to take place.   Still haven't had enough events? How about one more?! Attack of the Minotaur's
  
  Citizens of Mir are forewarned to travel with great caution around the fields just outside of the major cities. Minotaur's are plotting a great attack; they will soon move out of their realm and annihilate everything in their sight. All those who come in their path will be attacked and assaulted; the great cities of Mir must be defended at all cost! This assault will require the defensive and leadership skills of all Mir citizens; teams will need to be formed and well planned strategies will need to be enacted in order to fend off this great march. Protect the new warriors to the land as they will be defenseless to these vicious attacks. Only the strong will survive."

• 03/31/06 - April Fools Event Update - This update is mainly to run the April Fools Event, though there are some bug fixes. If you have a problem with the updater you can download a zip of the patch here.
  
  
• 03/23/06 - The Special Repair NPC Jamar has revamped his working hours. He will now be open from 11:00am - Noon, 6:00 - 7:00pm and 11:00pm - midnight EST. This works out to 4:00pm, 11:00pm and 4:00am GMT. He hopes this works well for his customers and is pleased that it lets him hang out with his mates.
